Self-Promotion On Ice
Self-promotions can come in all kinds of shapes and materials. I've always wanted to do a promo to advertise my freelance design business but outside of business cards, couldn't think of something unique enough to spend the time and money on. That is until now!
Working with Marcelo at Junkyard Athletic, I designed this dye-sublimated hockey jersey. I've been following Junkyard on Facebook and on the ModSquadHockey board. I am totally impressed with their work, check out their portfolio on Facebook.

After a couple of rounds of ideas, and with excellent guidance from Marcelo's team, I received this awesome printed jersey!
The jersey came out exactly as I designed it in Illustrator.
#7 is a tribute to my childhood hockey idol, Garry Unger of the St. Louis Blues.
